You will have 7 days after an item is delivered to you to notify us that you want to return the item. This means if your item was delivered e.g. on the 5th of the month, you have till the 12th to initiate a return. You can lodge your refund complain at 021-35891142 in between 9:30AM to 5:30PM Mon to Fri or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The Product will be refunded or returned in three cases mentioned below.
In case, If a wrong product is delivered by us, we will get the pick up done.
Make sure the product must be unused and holds the price tags, also the invoice should be enclosed with it.
Once the wrong product received by us, we will dispatch the correct product as soon as possible or we will refund the amount in 7 workdays.
Customer is supposed to lodge a complaint against the product’s quality with a proof within 7 days.
The product should be packed for pick up and the invoice must be attached with it.
In this case, the customer should bear the delivery fee, and when we get back the items ,we will refund in 7 workdays and deduct the delivery fee from the total amount.

The product should be accompanied by supporting documentation such as receipt of purchase, labels, warranty card and any accessories received along with the product
